It is a professional research-capacity-building and intellectual-scaffolding service, consistent with the globally recognised and ethically endorsed academic practices of supervisory guidance, peer-review consultation, and research advice.
The Center for Contemporary and Emerging Technologies collaborates with researchers to sharpen analytical thinking, expose them to relevant emerging-technology literature, and guide them in translating observed real-world phenomena into academically rigorous, ethically framed, and developmentally relevant problem statements. The researcher retains full intellectual ownership of their work at every stage.
